"Dr R C Shukla Award" to Dr. Dibashree Tamuli, Asst. Prof. Zoology Dept. for best research paper in Physiology. This was given by the "Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India (APPI) in its 69th annual conference, from 30th, Nov - 2nd December, 2023 in AIIMS Kalyani, West Bengal.(2023-12-05)
Pubali Deka from Nalbari College set a record in the INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS and in the ASIA BOOK OF RECORDS by making the smallest traditional Assamese JAPI Hat ( 2.2 cm) from waste paper, which was confirmed on 30th Oct 2021 and 22nd Nov, 2021 respectively. Pubali Deka also received the Professor H.N. Sharma award for securing highest mark in Geography honours ,in B.A/ B.Sc , under Gauhati University, 2022. She was awarded as the best graduate in Geography, 2022.(2023-05-27)
